Creative
Our primary job is to produce advertising and marketing tools that will create sales and build a positive attitude about each client’s product. We believe it takes market-sensitive creative people to do this — copywriters who are concerned with share of market, and art directors who appreciate demographic profiles. A positive and motivating image with customers is an invaluable asset. Every ad, commercial and collateral piece must help build and protect this image.

Client Relations

The client/agency relationship should be a partnership in every sense of the word. This calls for the right “people chemistry,” a constant two-way flow of ideas and information, and a continuing respect for each other’s opinion. Long-term relationships are the most satisfying to both parties. They are also a good measure of how an agency performs.

Attitudes

Marketing First! Then Creative.

First, we invest a great deal in thought about objectives and strategy — before we start.

Second, we do quality work based on it.

Third, we do it on time.

Fourth, we do it at very reasonable rates.

Good “housekeeping” is important. A missed meeting, an insertion mistake, an overcharge, a lost invoice — these things add up to a lost account.

It’s important to stay ahead of client requests whenever possible. It’s easy to do what’s expected; it’s more useful and productive to do more than expected.

Courtesy and good taste will never go out of style — this applies to our creative product as well as our relationship with media and suppliers. And we pay our bills on time.

It is our policy never to relinquish an account for the sake of taking a larger one in the same field.

We want to continue our growth by adding companies that are of the same high caliber as the distinguished clients we work for now.
